Development of a global leadership program for a major mining house. This program was jointly facilitated by company staff and Reflect Consulting personnel. The program targeted in excess of 1,000 people from global leadership teams to front line staff.
Co-authoring of a global safety awareness training package aimed at positive two-way communication for start of shift meetings and on-shift safety awareness training. Support for this program through on-site training and in-field coaching. This project has spanned 6 years and has included work in South Africa and Kazakhstan.
