Established in 2003, we quickly developed a reputation for delivering bespoke programs to assist organisations in developing their leaders, formulating strategy, increasing safety awareness, coaching emerging and experienced leaders, and embedding learnings and practices across our clients.
The name Reflect was purposefully chosen to encapsulate our philosophy and approach. We firmly believe that significant learning and growth can only occur when individuals are given the opportunity to pause, contemplate, adjust, and take action.
Our values serve as the bedrock of our endeavours. Rooted in our fundamental principles of integrity, wisdom, adaptability, and collaboration, we aim to conduct ourselves with trustworthiness, transparency, and honesty in every interaction. Central to our ethos is a profound concern for individuals – be it our clients, our team members and our collaborators. Embracing adaptability, we tailor our approaches to meet the evolving needs of our clients, constantly challenging ourselves to evolve and enhance our methodologies.
We thrive on collaboration, actively listening, contributing, and valuing the insights and experiences of others – whether with our clients, fellow consultancies, or within our team. Leaving our egos and preferences at the door so that we can jointly develop the best way forward.
